On the occasion of the Elliott Erwitt retrospective exhibition at the History Meeting House, this presentation revisits the photographer's remarkable journey through Poland in 1964, undertaken on assignment for the Life World Library series.

Our building in Długa Street has served as a meeting place for veteran Warsaw insurgents for over 30 years. It now hosts an updated version of the version of the permanent exhibition Warsaw Rising: Yearning for Freedom. Entry to this remarkable, new exhibition is available to the public free of charge.
